System Properties
This is Device Manager. A very important location for troubleshooting. Notice the yellow ! mark in the screenshot. This means there is a problem with the modem. Most likely, the correct drivers need to be installed. The highlighted devices in the screenshot are selectable. This will allow you to run through the properties of each. All of the tabs at the top in the screenshot are selectable. Click the OK, Cancel or Close Box (X) buttons in the screenshot to close this page.
