After clicking the newsgroup you are subscribed to, click a message and it will appear as shown in the screenshot.
To receive email, click Get Msg and all messages will go to your Inbox.
To send an email, click Compose.
All of the menus are selectable. Most of the mail options are under the Edit menu. The Close Box (X) will close this page.
