Cable Modem/DSL Troubleshooting

Setting up Cable Modem/DSL on your computer is very easy. This tutorial will cover Windows 95/98, Windows 2000, Windows NT4.0, Macintosh, Red Hat Linux 6.1, your browser and email. Select from the menu choices at the left to go through the configuration of each. I subscribe to GTE Internet and will be using their configuration as an example. But, most companies will be basically the same as far as the setup goes. If your ISP is different, let me know how and I will try to post some screenshots for it. Also, this tutorial is for residential service and I will cover business or LAN connections later.
