Outlook Express 4.0 and DSL

If you want to use OE4.0 without opening IE4.0, you will need to tell it to connect using DSL. First open OE4.0, click Tools on the menu bar and from the drop down menu, select Accounts. Click Accounts now for the next step. To go back click the Back link below or the X at the top right of the window.
