Now, take the Netscape Preferences to the trash. They will be recreated when you reboot. Also, just troubleshoot like you would on the PC. Delete the snm files in the same manner. It's best to delete the whole Cache folder because if it is very full and you have a slow MAC, it takes a long time to open the folder.
