IE 3.1a Preferences These are the Preferences. You can do many things here. Change colors for practically anything, select what menu bar appears, sound options, choose which web site you start with each time, which Search Engine of your choice, fonts to use, security settings, select Ratings for content you do and do not want to see, empty cache and history files, download options, turn cookies on and off, etc. The list is very long. Set it up the way you want it.
