You can delete Url History in Options, so why do it here? By editing the Registry, you can choose which ones to delete.
Go to the Start button.

Type regedit.

Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

Then, Software.

Now, Microsoft.

Back To Menu

Double click on Internet Explorer.

Now, select TypedUrls.

Back To Menu

Never delete Default but to the right, select the urls you want to delete. Then do a right click on them. Now, from the menu, select Delete.

And they are clear. That's it.
