"Can't Open FCC File" error
Incorrect mail path. Find the right one or make a new one for them.
"Invalid Page Fault" Error
If you receive this error message, delete the "inbox" and "inbox.snm" files from the mail folder. That is usually the problem.
"Pop Lock", "Envelope", "Cannot Process From Lines" Errors
One of these means that it's not on the member's end. Send member's info and error message to "sysadmin@gte.net"
"Illegal Operation,Invalid Page Fault,
General Protection Fault" Errors
In Netscape mail only when trying to
recieve mail.
Possible corruption of the INBOX and INBOX.SNM files in
Netscape Mail folder. Rename INBOX to INBOX.TXT and INBOX.SNM
to INBOX.OLD then have them try to get their mail. This is a
common problem with a simple fix. Uninstalling and reinstalling
Netscape will also work but is not needed in most cases involving
the recieving of mail If the Customer Asks, they can read their mail they already have by opening the INBOX.TXT with a word processor.
