Subscribe newsgroups
After clicking Newsgroups you will see either an empty form (top screenshot) or a form that has a listing of all the newsgroups (bottom screenshot) that are available to you.
If empty (top screenshot) you will need to create a 'New account' by clicking New account.
If the form has all the newsgroups listed (bottom screenshot) you will need to subscribe to a newsgroup by clicking the box to the left of the name of the newsgroup (see screenshot). This will put a listing of the newsgroup in the browser 'Hotlist.'
Click the 'Newsgroups-browser hotlist' link below or OK to see subscribed newsgroups in browser hotlist.
